This Privacy Policy explains how Mobover Dijital Hizmetler Anonim Sirketi ("Mobover", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use AllInOne Chat (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account and profile data
- Account identifiers such as your user ID and sign-in related identifiers.
- Profile data such as display name and account status information.
- Subscription status and entitlement information (for premium access).
1.2 Device and app metadata
- App version, build number, device model, operating system, locale, and timezone.
- Push notification token (FCM token) to deliver transactional and support updates.
- Approximate technical network information (for security and abuse prevention).
1.3 Content you provide
- Chat prompts, chat messages, and chat session history saved by you.
- Files or image references provided for AI processing features.
- Support tickets, help center messages, and feature requests you submit.
- Generated image records and related prompt metadata for your account history.
1.4 Usage and analytics data
- In-app events, screens viewed, and interaction telemetry.
- AI usage metrics such as request count, token usage, provider/model metadata, and cost estimation records.
- Diagnostic and operational logs used for service reliability and security.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve core app functionality and AI features.
- Authenticate users, maintain account state, and sync data across sessions.
- Respond to support requests and manage support ticket workflows.
- Provide subscription and purchase-related functionality.
- Monitor abuse, enforce policies, and protect the Service from fraud and misuse.
- Analyze aggregate usage trends to improve performance and feature quality.
3. Legal Bases and International Data Context
Depending on your location, we process data under one or more legal bases such as: your consent, performance of a contract (providing the Service), compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in security, service operation, and product improvement. Because our infrastructure and service providers may operate internationally, your data may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
4. Third-Party Services and Processors
To deliver the Service, we use third-party services that may process personal data on our behalf or as independent providers, including:
- Google Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Functions, Firestore, Storage, Messaging, Analytics, Remote Config, App Check).
- RevenueCat and app store billing ecosystems for subscription and purchase management.
- Meta/Facebook App Events for analytics/event measurement (where enabled).
- OpenRouter as an AI routing provider, and the selected model provider(s) (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) used to fulfill your AI requests.
- AI image generation providers used when you request image generation or editing.
Third-party providers process data according to their own privacy notices and contractual terms. We do not control third-party policies.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information:
- To service providers that support app operation and feature delivery.
- To comply with legal requirements, lawful requests, or to protect rights and safety.
- In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
- With your direction or consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and audit records. Retention periods vary by data type and operational necessity.

9. AI Features Notice
To generate AI responses, we send certain request data to third-party AI providers. This can include: your prompt or chat message text, optional file/image attachments you choose to send, selected model metadata, and minimal technical request metadata required for routing and abuse prevention. We currently route AI requests through OpenRouter, which then forwards requests to the selected model provider (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google).
We use this data only to process your request, return an AI response, support reliability, enforce quotas/rate limits, and maintain security logs. We ask for in-app consent for AI data sharing where required. If you decline consent in-app, AI requests are blocked until consent is granted. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you acknowledge the updated policy.
