These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Mobover Dijital Hizmetler Anonim Sirketi ("Mobover", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of AllInOne Chat and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
AllInOne Chat provides AI-assisted chat, tools, assistants, image generation features, support channels, and subscription-based premium features. Some functionality depends on third-party infrastructure and model providers.
2. Account and Access
- You are responsible for account activity and maintaining account security.
- You agree to provide accurate information where required.
- You must not use unauthorized methods to access or modify the Service.
- We may suspend or restrict access if misuse, fraud, or security risks are detected.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Attempt reverse engineering, scraping, overload attacks, or service disruption.
- Bypass security, access controls, quotas, subscription checks, or policy enforcement.
- Use generated outputs for prohibited or high-risk unlawful purposes.
4. AI and Generated Output Disclaimer
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before reliance.
- The Service does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all input content you submit.
5. User Content and License
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights necessary for us and our processors to operate the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Purchases
- Certain features require an active paid subscription.
- Purchases are processed by your platform store (Apple App Store / Google Play) and subscription tooling such as RevenueCat.
- Pricing, taxes, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are managed through your store account and applicable store terms.
- Refunds, where applicable, are subject to platform provider policies and local law.
- Restoring purchases requires using the corresponding platform account.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, design, and non-user content, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property or our licensors' property. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with explicit written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including cloud, analytics, billing, and AI processing services). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or acts/omissions of third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.
9. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data handling practices.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobover and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent allowed by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mobover from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or misused the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions by nature survive termination.
14. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, update, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
15. Governing Framework
These Terms are interpreted and enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect.
